Foto: Flor Estrella Santana<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Don Alejandro en su pescader\u00eda \u201cChuburn\u00e1 Puerto\u201d del Mercado Grande de M\u00e9rida.- Foto: Flor Estrella Santana<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En su caso, dice, vende&nbsp;<strong>el kilo&nbsp;<\/strong>de<strong>&nbsp;pulpo maya<\/strong>&nbsp;fresco&nbsp;<strong>entre 120 y 170 pesos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero aclara que&nbsp;<strong>todo el a\u00f1o<\/strong>&nbsp;vende&nbsp;<strong>pulpo<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>procesado<\/strong>&nbsp;y durante la<strong>&nbsp;pulpeada<\/strong>&nbsp;lo ofrece<strong>&nbsp;fresco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A una pregunta, contesta que&nbsp;<strong>el precio del pulpo procesado<\/strong>&nbsp;depende del d\u00eda, de la oferta y la demanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Don Alejandro<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Caamal&nbsp;<\/strong>vende a los meridanos&nbsp;<strong>pulpo que llega principalmente de Progreso<\/strong>. Seg\u00fan explica, en ese puerto desembarcan muchos pescadores y desde ah\u00ed se distribuye lo que capturan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su&nbsp;<strong>pescader\u00eda \u201cChuburn\u00e1 Puerto\u201d<\/strong>, que abre todos los d\u00edas de 6 a.m. a 3 p.m., d<strong>on Alejandro<\/strong>&nbsp; ofrece&nbsp;<strong>filetes de rubia y mojarra<\/strong>&nbsp; (el kilo est\u00e1 a entre 120 y 160 pesos),&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;camar\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong>(a $120, el de pacotilla, y a $200, para empanizar)&nbsp;<strong>y<\/strong>, por supuesto,&nbsp;<strong>pulpo fresco y cocido<\/strong>, este \u00faltimo hoy est\u00e1 a&nbsp;<strong>$240 el kilo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfLo que m\u00e1s compran los meridanos?, le preguntamos. El&nbsp;<strong>caz\u00f3n y<\/strong>&nbsp;los&nbsp;<strong>filetes<\/strong>, contesta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-marea-roja\">La marea roja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Preguntado sobre el impacto de la&nbsp;<strong>marea roja<\/strong>&nbsp;que en las vacaciones de verano azot\u00f3 la costa yucateca,&nbsp;<strong>don Alejandro<\/strong>&nbsp;responde que&nbsp;<strong>\u201cs\u00ed nos afect\u00f3 mucho\u201d<\/strong>,&nbsp; \u201ca veces &nbsp;mal informan a la gente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo&nbsp;<strong>vend\u00eda el 40% de lo que sol\u00edamos vender<\/strong>, indica.
